i guess you really have to do some weird work to wiggle your way up to the top in show biz <i>(or governor..)</i>
<a class="wmv" href="http://gprime.net/video.php/japaneseschwarzenegger1">japanese schwarzenegger 1</a> [ 1206KB ]

similar to the last one, but with... floating... people...
<a class="wmv" href="http://gprime.net/video.php/japaneseschwarzenegger2">japanese schwarzenegger 2</a> [ 859KB ]

he dances, he pogos, he rock and rolls, he's ... the entertaining midget
<a class="wmv" href="http://gprime.net/video.php/entertainingmidget">entertaining midget</a> [ 3393KB ]

wow, this is actually pretty convincing. this man claims he can summon ufos <i>(and he does!)</i>
<a class="wmv" href="http://gprime.net/video.php/mansummoningufo">man summoning ufo</a> [ 3520KB ]

i know this is old, but this still cracks me up <i>(this monkey will get what's coming to him when these tigers get bigger ..)</i>
<a class="wmv" href="http://gprime.net/video.php/monkeyteasingatiger">monkey teasing a tiger</a> [ 6495KB ]

test your balancing skills <i>(much harder than it looks ..)</i>
<a class="sho" href="http://gprime.net/game.php/itsallaboutbalance">it's all about balance</a> [ 212KB ]

worth mentioning:

e3 has really brought light to the next-gen console war. the ps3 and xbox360 are nearly in their final design phases, while nintendo is still trying to finish up the revolution.
here is a very well done video of what someone thought the revolution *should* have been:
<a class="wmv" href="http://www.nintendoon.com/" target=_new>nintendo on</a>

meanwhile, here is an actual sony video of something they currently have in the works:
<a class="wmv" href="http://gprime.net/video.php/sonyrevolution">sony revolution</a>

with the recent star war movie out in theatre, it motivated people to submit a couple of star wars themed stuff:
<a class="swf" href="http://www.storewars.org/flash/" target=_new>store wars</a>
<a class="aud" href="http://promo.rockfm.co.uk/rockfm/downloads/STAR%20WARS%20MILLENIUM%20FOOL-CON.mp3" target=_new>star wars millenium fool-con</a>

extreme pogoing anyone? <i>(click the first video, it looks like a lot of fun)</i>

Took me a while to figure out what to do with the balance game but it's pretty hard now. Japanese people are always worth mentioning :p. The midget was... interesting... :P
The Sony was awsome though. Could be usfull in various moments. especially the part at the end. all in all a great update!

Last time I checked, the 360 was just an empty shell, and Microsoft didn't have any working hardware yet. Don't count Nintendo out just yet..

The 360 is fully functional. In fact, they had the system open at E3 just recently.

Ok, call me stupid (well, get in line...) but is that really Arnie??? the quality isn't that great, and sometimes it looks like a lookalike, but the voice and the teeth just scream that it's the real thing.

Help @.@

It's the real arnie with voice over... or he practices japaneese. Many actors have been known to do comersials and advertizements for other countries, not that rare.

I was stuck there till for some reason the circle at the top changed to a snowmans face for a second or so, don't know why but it gave me the clue.

Nintendo ON made it! Sweet!

Tanks much, John!

But where exactly did "Nintendoon.com" come from? Was that the source isharted replaced the old one with?

Oh, and what exactly are you supposed to do in the balance game? Just...balance the stuff evenly?

I do think it's real. If you go to the website they have a few more Japanese commercials of him.
Real or not, it's freaky.

Yay the videos I recommended are in the updates!

I've seen an UFO like the UFO in that video before... except the one I saw was an orange ball with a tail trailing after it.

The balance game is fun.

I am quite interested in knowing the music soundtracks in the Nintendo On video. Anyone got a clue?

The Sony Revolution has the ultimate WOW factor (like any other new technology or my latest cool and hip gf). But those cool acrylic plates can very easily get lost or stolen.

I did read somewhere that Arnie did do some foreign advertisements. But he looks really scary in those. I think they have been taken off air, because it scares children.

I played the Balance thing before (someone called "Red" (http://www.redscave.co.uk) on the Vulcan Portal (http://www.vulcan.co.uk/portal) linked to the original site), but up to the birds flying around part. It went so haywire then, with the realistic random movement of the birds.

The "midget" is of course, not a midget. I really liked his "John Woo style" slow motion run thing.

Here in Oz, I think it is illegal to fool around with the PA staff like in Millenium Foolcon.

That Rock FM/Starwars thing was hilarious. And that midget guy was...interesting.

All-in-all, another great GPrime update. :)

The UFO was nothing more than one of the super bright green laser pens you can buy on thinkgeek. Not one of the cheap ones, this one is mega expensive and super bright.

Not sure exactly who did those 2 songs, probably some unknown band(s), but I did make mp3s of the tunes from that vid using SoundForge (an acid modification program). :D

I divided it into 4 different mp3s, those being: Timeline, Castles, ON Intro, and ON Specs.

I'd also like to note that "Timeline" and "ON Specs" are different variations of the same song.

So, if it's what you're looking for, I give you, the Nintendo ON (un)official soundtrack! (zipped, of course)

Enjoy!

the entertaining midget was ripped from dutch national television...
there were 2 dudes, I believe they were called: "The men in coats".
it was really funny, you should've seen the entire show.

The only thing the octopus thing does is push up iif it gets too low to the water, to solve the problem of there being one item too many you have to melt the snowman by holding it over the weird blob thing when its dry and then putting his hat on the very top bit.

3 things notable about this post:
1. The audio file that you linked us to was not used in the NintendoON video.
2. The "castles" theme is not an OC remix. It is a standalone set of mixed tracks made for that video only. It cannot be found at ocremix.org. This was kind of an unrelated link. (not that OC remix isn't a nice site, it's just not what he's looking for...)
3. I believe the "soundtrack" that he was referring to was the original tracks that were used for the intro and ending, not the remixed mario stuff. That stuff wasn't really that great anyway.

I hate to be the ******* n00b, but that sony video is actually 4 years old:
http://www.csl.sony.co.jp/person/rekimoto/datatile/

look on the bright side, Its 4 years closer to being released, and I am sure its a hell of a lot nicer now
