Has anyone tried it on the PC to actually know how this P2P server shit works?

Personally, no. I'll ask around campus, there's probably six or seven hundred students who bought/pirated it when it came out. Most of them are CS majors.

My friend said that they're using PAC instead of punkbuster, which doesn't ban hackers. So I'd go for the 360 anywho.

Xbox Live costs $50 a year, so it costs the most to play it on Xbox 360. VAC is actually MUCH better than PunkBuster, but Infinity Ward has not been monitoring game exploits, so VAC can't do it's job. PunkBuster / VAC can only detect cheaters if the developers take the time to update their list of exploits to scan for.

I think that's kinda lame. Unless you can change the match making preferences, but I think it'd still leave me quitting and searching for the right server.
