It doesn't look like the driver had time to do anything to prevent the horse from getting hit, but that doesn't mean that there is no one to blame. It looked like the car didnt even have a dent it cracked their windscreen and dented the hood a little... because most of the impact was on the windscreen (which can take alot of stress thanks to it's parabolic shape), there was no major damage to the body of the car but the fact that the horse broke the windscreen shows how hard the collision was |
