once i nearly blew up a tree with a bunch of little fire crackers. They were the tiny ones but i had a whole CHEST of them so i set them near a tree and made a realy long fuse and stood back, i was expecting a semi large explosion but it BLEW THE CHEST APART! AND NEARLY LIT THE TREE ON FIRE!!! it was realy cool :smokeing1

i have melted army men with a candle and stuck them together it was fun

**** YEAH, i love fire, i blew up 1 of my science class rooms once, i got expeled and a police warning and had to pay 4 the damage, but it was worth it, wot me and my m8 did was turned all the gas taps on at the end of the lesson and wen the teacher locked the door we through a lit peice of paper under the door and it was a massive fire ball, my m8 and me got slightly burned but the class room couldn't be used for 2 months.

I, among the rest of you am a Pyro. windshiled consetrate is good, but no more fun then the ring of fire you get by torching Silly string. i am proud to say i shot a flameing flint bomb out of my potato cannon, and i enjoy lighting matches when im bored, along with tissues, and paper :bangin:

ive had soooo many fire related storys over the years but my best one to date is takeing a blow torch and turning the gas all the way up with a ballon on the nozzle, seting the ballon adrift in my lake and shooting at it with roman candles. but the lake is way too big and i lose almost all of them because of the short range and long wiks on the roman candles.

HERES SOMETHING GOOD: Take dryer lint and petrolium jelly, also known a vasaline, mix them together, make sure you have more lint than vasaline, light it, it burn good :happy: (it may take a few tries to get the mixture right.)

an update to my last post and an answer to your question.
Yesterday i took 10 nine volt batterys and stuck em all together, then connected the circut with a piece of graphite. Now theres a big hole burned through my table. (Maybe i should have stopped when it released a big cloud of wierd gas)

Steel Wool + Battery = Fire.

almost a grand, but my mum paid for it and i had to pay her back wen i earned enough money which took about a year.

we have gunpowder laying around (i don't know why) and one day i almost burnt down my house because i set a trail from my garage to the end of my driveway and then went back and made a pile, then i lit it. when it got to the door, my sister put it out with water (:protest:).

ok i got a fireworks story now.

it invoed me with 1 roman candle 1 large brick of fire crackers about 6 dozen of them cheap bottle rockets smokebombs, some of those little strobe lights and a gallon bucket.

took all the powder out of all the firecrackers and bottle rockets putting it in the bucket. stationed the wiks through the powder along with the smoke bombs and strobe lights. i put the bucket(which is preety full) about 40 feet away. went to the top of a hill. lit the roman candle, hit the bucket first shot! it was AWSOME! sooooo much smoke and fire and flashing lights, it went on for about 45-60 seconds. there was soo much smoke it was hard to watch past the 25 second mark. the bucket which was stainless steel is now a smolderd mass at the bottom of the hill. i dont suggest recreating any of my stunts at all! i do it in a heavly rockes area with little burnables around.

When I was six, my sister taught me how to make a fire with a magnifying glass. :)

where i come from we only have fire restrictions in the middle of winter and even then there not harsh laws. there more a common courtesy

Im excited, not because im all patriotic and crap, HELL NO. I just love the FIRE!! Today i got out my big ol' chest of BOOM! i got bottle rockets, flaming glorys, whistleing bombs, Thundercats, and teeny tiny firecrackers that give a BIG boom! lots more goodness too!

But anyway, today I took a firecracker and did something stupid. I put it under a glass bowl. Razor sharp pieces of glass flew straight at me when it exploded! Im SOOOOOOoo lucky i didnt get hit. I wish i had my video camera with me, but if i had been taping it i would probably be dead right now because i had to DIVE out of the way to avoid the glass. It was so awsome though :smokeing1

it depends on what you mean by "pyro". There are different types of pyro. There are pyro-technics, people who are professionals. Pyro-fanatics, slightly less obsessed with fire that pyromaniacs. And of course, Pyromaniacs, people who are obsessed with fire. I seriously doubt that anyone here is a pyromaniac, but mostly pyrofanatics. I myself am studying to be a pyrotechnic.

diet poop may be right about most of the ppl here not being pyromaniacs but hes wrong about me, for ever since i figuerd out how 2 remove the child saftey on lighters ive set fire to everything i can get my hands on, i go nowhere without a lighter and have a personalized zippo. ive gone thru more cans of light fluid then many ppl do in a life time ive done everything from flamethrowers to explosives. yay for being a pyromaniac!!!

I am a complete and total pyromaniac! Once I was making a bonfire with a couple of friens and i wondered what it would be like inside(and I mean INSIDE) a fire (or an explosion). So I took my gas can, poured the whole damn thing on (I know what yur all thinking, yes, I am that stupid), stood with my head directly over the center of the fire pit and lit it... BOOM!:blowup: All I saw was orange, b-e-a-utiful orange. and then I found myself on the ground with my hair (that was about shoulder length) a couple inches shorter all puffy and burnt my face was red and tight, and my fiends were laughing their heads of and said it was the funniest thing they had ever seen. So I went back to my friend's house and soaked my hair and brushed it 'til it looked normal again, luckily my mom didn't notice.

im not a pyro, but i have mastered the art of firestarting, i have the tools to make a fire like the cavemne once had. it is hard to light fireworks that way...

i started a large fire in my garage and my parents called and said they would be home in 5 minutes so i got the water hose and tried to put it out. whem i put it out my parents started to pulled in and they asked why the floor was wet. i just said i was killing the ants and i got away with it. hahaha!!!
