Yeah but i read that they had some rights for pacman or sometin' so i put it there :)

namco invented pacman and then nintendo and namco teamed up and nintendo got the rights to pacman cause of that, if ne one has ne questions bout the gaming rights and why stuff moves from console to consle, etc. give me a pm, or post a thread as 2 of my familly work for sony (dad), and microsoft (bro). so they know wot is happening cause they need to know wot the competion is doing

Nintendo did not buy Sega. They may have attempted to at one point in time, but Sega does not acknowledge any purchase or attempt to purchase by Nintendo. Sega is still an independent company, and the only thing that has been sold is Sega.com Inc, which was their online entertainment division. That was purchased by Nokia in August 2003.

Pac-Man was created by Bally Midway. The assets were later acquired by Namco.
