I currently hold a license to use Diablo 2 + LoD Expansion. I haven't had it installed forever, and my bnet account probably got deleted awhile ago. I've been meaning to reinstall it lately though. This could give me a good reason.

Diablo is fun, but waay to easy. nightmare is the only good diffulculty and hell is...well hell.

Man...I remebered D2. My friend's cousin just owned in that game. I mean he made a hammerdin and everything and had an inventory full of perfect life charms. Plus his gear was just the best, and I couldn't believe it when my friend said that he found it all by hand. As for me...I had a barb that was okay, then I quit when it got boring.

Well I'm pretty tired of it. It was kind of funny those days when there was this dude at our school who kept following us. He would tell us where uber diablo spawned so then we join his game, party up with some friends and declare hostility on the dude and kill him then kill uber diablo.

I never got a chance to kill Diablo:( I quit within the first week after buying the game, because I wanted to play EQ and get PHAT LEWTZ!

Well you should kill Diablo and also kill Baal, if you didn't then you didn't really beat the game much.

Well it's not much really. I meah he just dies then you go on to Baal unless you don't have the expansion.

it's called lord of destruction. it adds a new act (that includes baal) two new characters (assasin and druid) and a lot of weapons. worth the buy.

Problem is they took some stuff out of Expansion that they had in regular D2, so if you want to embrace having the stuff before getting the expansion then I suggest you should.

Can't gamble for sets anymore, that was kind of fun in the regular D2, and also took out the super unique in the first act.

ahh, yeah, but now there's really no good sets to gamble for. most of the runewords are pretty much the best gear you can get.
