Run anti-virus/anti-spyware, update all drivers, especially video, check for game patches, reinstall game if needed.

I'd suggest listening to Nitz, and if all else fails you man need to reinstall Windows.

Ok, it works now, but PB is getting gay. It keeps saying that there is a PnkBstrB.exe Handshaking failure. Thing is, when I play Wolfenstein, that works like a charm.
