I'd almost buy it. but probably not. how much?

I'm probably just going to sell it locally, and am looking for $200-250 for the console. I have Halo 3, GTA IV, and Gears of War as well as 4 wireless controllers, play and charge kits for each, and one of those stupid chat kits. I'll probably just wait for Gears of War 2 to come out and then decide if the console is worth keeping. I've been pretty unhappy with the Xbox since the RROD and have already cancelled my subscription to Gold and am currently trying to get all of my credit card information removed from my account, which apparently takes a really long time as it has been going on for months.
