All I wonder is why he spent the money on the domain. That's really quite a waste... EDIT: OH WAIT I GOT IT! Are you just talking about the overall bareness of the page? The lack of dynamics, tables, background, ect? With that, I could agree, that guy probably doesn't know anything about HTML and web developing programs. Then why did you ask us to read it? I thought it was in the text... Or maybe you're referring to the fact that he brags about the paper award 3 times on the same page...
