Have any of you watched it? I haven't in forever, since we didn't get the right channel when we moved, but it's my absolute favorite show. It's a little crazy at times, but...it's amazing, too. And I've been watching it for years.

I guess to put it very basically, it's about all the kids who go to this high school [Degrassi], and it's like other shows in that way I guess, but the characters are much more diverse. And it's just more real-life kind of stuff too, in my opinion. I mean, so much happens that they act like they're afraid to show on other television shows. It's very...dramatic.

And I don't like mentioning things like this without any videos. It's just so that people who haven't seen it at all can at least form a little of an opinion one way or the other, or at least have something to say. It's better for conversation! But it's not like I can find random entire episodes, or like you guys wouod actually bother with that if I did! So, I'll just find a few youtube videos people made. Hey, it's better than nothing, right?

P.S. The guy who got stabbed in the back, JT, was my very favorite character. That episode made me cry so much...

This (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eI9QPojLw6o) one is about JT, just because I couldn't resist. So sad though. And by the way, Toby, the guy at the beginning, is his best friend. Not his brother. He just said that he was so she would tell him how JT was actually doing, and she wouldn't unless he was family. Awe, and the saddest thing for Liberty, in my opinion, is that she ran off and left him because she was mad, so he went looking for her, wanting to tell her that he was still in love with her, and got killed.

Degrassi = Soap Opera on steroids. No one, NO ONE, has as much shit happen in their life as the kids in Degrassi, let alone a single school with all that going on in it.

But yeah, I've seen most of the series, I have to watch it with my sister when I baby sit her.

I used to watch it in the early days (not by choice). But recently I was over by a friend of mine and it came on. She was like "Degrassi!!!!" In hind sight, this was probably my first warning sign, cus even though I love her, she's like a short latino version of Ariel. x10. In the history of our friendship we've never agreed on anything regarding T.V.

Anyways, after 10 mins I was looking for the sharpest objects with which to punch my eyes out. Something Karla found very entertaining.
