Things I can recall:
A wise man once said God was a verbal faux pas.
Wisdom as it pertains to this universe is ignorance, ignorance is illusion, illusion is faith, faith is madness, madness is sanity and sanity itself is the ability to trust one's own sense of truth.
The heart is but a muscle yet it can ache with our innermost feelings and the intimations of the subconscious.
The truth is found between lines on which we write our most believable lies.
Man is the great urn, woman that fluid which makes him whole.
Humanity distinguishes itself by proving its ability to make choices.
It is when man deprives himself of all drink and goes beyond thirst that he touches the domain of death and sees the great truths of the gods.
Forgiveness is divine yes, but rarely may we become divine.
