1.Use google as a proxy

Instructions:
Search "google translate" on google
open up the first listing that comes up
type in a website on the bottom
hit enter, and voila!
Google translate uses it's own servers, so If something is blocked at your shcool or at work, you can easily get around it with this.
2.Get free music from google
Sure, you can go download a torrent, or sure, you can go to those websites owned by Russians, but you're going to be downloading viruses and communism.
Instead, get them from google!

-inurl:(htm|html|php) intitle:"index of" +"last modified" +"parent directory" +description +size +(wma|mp3) "enter here"
hit enter and voila!
Most of the time, you will get what you want.
3. Google Maps Street view
This isn't as much of a hack or trick as it is a really fun utility.

Google maps street view is an amazing tool that lets you use google maps in a whole different way. It actually lets you travel the streets of famous cities like Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, etc. Unfortunately, Street view is only in north america. (So far.) They might get some people to do it in europe, asia, australia, and maybe even africa.
Instructions:
Open up google maps
adjust the map so all of North America is seen
Click "Street View" On the top right corner of the map
Select a city
Have fun :) NOTE: For best results, click "Full Screen" At the top right of the page.
4. Have google images only return images of faces

If you're doing an image search for Paris Hilton (Which is very unlikely) and don't want any of the French city, a special URL parameter in Google's Image search will do the trick.
Add:
&imgtype=face
to the end of your image search to just get images of faces, without any inanimate objects. Try it out with a search for rose (which returns many photos of flowers) versus rose with the face parameter.
