You're (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-VkeDRdxOs) scaring (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8fiP1qOd2M) me. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=df5WyTQEu94) Even if I wanted to vote for a candidate who's policies sound like something out of John Galt's speech, his nutjob fans would turn me off.

First video is just Fox News being themselves. It's not a conspiracy, just Fox being douchebags. Second video is plausible, Ron Paul obviously does not have as much mainstream support as the other candidates and won't be publicized by the media much in the same way Mike Gravel isn't (wasn't? I've been away for a week so I'm not quite caught up). Third video I didn't feel like watching because it's seven minutes long.
But, I'd be willing to debate most of Ron Paul's points with you. With Ron Paul as pres we would still have the legislative branch to keep him in check.

Fuck Ron Paul. He's already gone. McCain's probably going to win the elections anyway, unless Obama pulls something out fast.

Obama has the media behind him, also everyone who's afraid of being racist.
But seriously, tell me why you don't like Ron Paul. I hate it when people say "No income tax? Legalized drugs, gambling, and prostitution? That would never work! BAN HIM."

If you believe we should follow the constitution but don't support Ron Paul then you're a fucking hypocrite.

I saw some clips of him in debates... I like him better than Obama.
Obama pretty much lost me when I saw him in one of the first debates, actually I think it was the first debate, where with every question he was asked he never actually answered them. Only brought up some serious problem (that vaguely related to the question) going on in the world and saying something should be done about it, though at the same time never verifying how. Even now he still does that.
That or I'm just a complete ignoramus and have no idea what I'm talking about...

I agree with many of his policies, I just don't want a candidate who thinks the free market can solve everything. The free market brings pure greed along with innovation, the early 20th century can show that.. Still, he's better than Huckabee. If Huckabee becomes president, there will be a black market for everything that's worth more than a toothbrush.
