Umm...what was that exactly? Which emotion was it targeting?

Hmm, lets see...It wasn't funny...or amazing...or fast-paced/action-packed...or interesting...or visually appealing...meh, I'm out of ideas. What was the purpose of making that video exactly?

Umm...no. Use a computer with auxilary connection. That's how RvB does it. Using a tripod will only hold the camera steady, and you don't need a tripod for that. Auxilary takes the video directly from the Xbox, losing no audio or video quality whatsoever.

Tripod, geesh. One thing that's really sad is when people don't have the equipment to record video, so they videotape it. Tripod or no tripod, buy a better video card for your comp. Who knows, you may already have it...

EDIT: What did you do for RvB? You obviously weren't in charge of video editing or recording...

sugggestions for what? Which video card to buy?

Yeah, sure, although any card with auxilary (red-white-yellow) connectors on the back will work.

If you can't find any, Hauppauge makes a bunch of them. Check this (http://www.compuplus.com/insidepageNoLinks.php?refer=froogle&id=1003412) out.

You can google "auxiliary video card" to find more.

Although you will also need the software to record it with. I have a Sony PC with GigaPocket, so I'm not too sure if I can help you there...

so if i get that video card will it be hooked up to my computer screen or tv?

It will go to your computer screen, so you'll have to be playing it on your comp screen, unless you send the video back out to a projector/tv with auxilary/svideo output (i dont think the video card I linked you to had those).

Again, you will need software to play and record video, but the card driver may install that software along with the driver. You or I might have to research the card more to find that out.

EDIT: I did some research on that card, and it turns out the software comes with the card, so you should be good to go if you buy that card.

Also, this is not a video card, but a PCI expansion. When you install it you should keep your old video card in, otherwise your monitor will have nothing to hook up to.

i don't get it.....what are you supposed to be doing in the video?
usually when someone puts out a video, it has some kind of storyline or special trick
to get a good quality recording (like you see everyone's halo videos have) use an ATI TV tuner, preferably an All-In-Wonder. I use my AIW to make my halo and halo 2 glitch/trick videos and it works great.

man that's total bull i knew how to make something look as good as rvb before it even came out. Also what exactly did u do as "Work" for them, there's nothing special they do besides the story which is pretty good. Please buy a recorder card and use that. or plug the damn thing into ur camera. never film a screen it looks terrible. jezz it looks like something i did with my phone.

here is an example of what it should look like when u do it right
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3078954247487014293&q=puppetpallmich

yes thats me in the video and my friend Deock did all the editing and recording

Deocks actualy pretty good he did the cheaters series (http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=deock) i think it was featured on bungie once i know they accepted them as proof of modders
