FUCK THAT!!!! Across the Universe rocked face!!!! The music was awesome. I know the plot was lost a little bit in the attempt at getting in a bunch of music. However, the story was still great, and the music was beautiful, and it was really touching.

Since I work weekdays (and Halloween falls on such a day), I went to WoF for the Haunts and what not today. Just got back from twelve hours of amusement park fun.
The scariest thing about the Haunted Houses were the lines. The small hourly performances were great though. Manageable crowds, NO LINES, and interactive shows. Lots of fun to be had at those things.

Still probably gonna screw around a bit on Halloween too though.

I have homecoming dance, which usually falls any time between mid-September and mid-October, and then I have Winter formal dance, which usually sucks and exists solely to constitute an excuse for kids to leave and 'keep each other warm' in any of various places (cars, bathrooms, locker rooms, the practice rooms in the band hall, the picnic tables right outside the cafeteria, etc.). It sucks because last year I got in free because my girlfriend was a cheerleader and they organize it, but she quit, so now I have to pay $15 on top of what I need for Christmas to stand around for an hour+ in a suit and tie. Maybe I'll wear a cape. That'll make it fun.
