Flash is good. And it needs to be flashy to be really good, but also simple to navigate. If it confuses the user, it isn't very good.

Does anybody like my site which i am ****ing about with at the moment allthough it's no way near finished.

My Website (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/margaret.stanage/Main/)

p.s I would avoid making your site entirley of flash cause you might lose your flash file and that means you lose your flash site.

I would say if you have flash, learn it. Me being a completely idiot when it comes to flash (I honestly have bothered to learn it! Seriously!) I would say go for it. If you are not able to get flash or not interested in that kind of site, I would suggest getting photoshop and making a site with that. Or at least the graphics. For the actual coding, I would suggest learning HTML. Once you have that done pat I would suggest learning PHP. This just makes it easier to update and such. Hope that helps a bit!

You know Flash is good to use, and so is Photshop, but you can also use Swish to make yourslef some easy but nice and effective banners and whatever else you desire, or even better yet, get yourself DreamWeaver, that just simplifies the whole thing a million times over, no need to learn much HTML or PHP as it writes it for you as you make your site. The only thing is that its a little pricy if you buy it unless you go download it somewhere *cough*Illegaly*cough*.
