Okay, so remember how I talked about my girlfriend getting me something really nice but me not knowing what it was? Well I got it Saturday afternoon. Wanna know what it was?

An 80GB Ipod!

This provides all of you with a sufficient reason to miss me and for me to postpone my update until I load it up with my current library of about 2500 songs and my/my dad's entire movie library of about 30 movies/video clips/music videos/whatevers. You have no idea how excited I am about this. Like, if my excitement were a watermelon, it would engulf Canada in red juicy goodness.

And...ahem...I also have a research project due for chemistry on Friday...

And my update's still coming soon.

My creatives zen vision M has better screen quality. :p. just joking cool stuff.

It is cool but I was really really sick of Creative. Their products decided not to work for me or the four computers in my house. Of course, it's kind of an out dated product...

but unlike the ipod I dont have to use itunes, whoop. I have had a same rep with creatives my sisters was garbage.

I wonder if this'll be a trend now.. 'continuations' of threads past deleted.

Man. You're lucky. I have zero movies for my iPod. I got an 80 gig like a week or two ago. I got a couple of TV shows, but mostly just music.

Why would one want to watch a movie on a two to three-inch screen... I mean I guess it seems interesting.

Well, I mean, you can watch it anywhere, and it doesn't really matter how big it is if you can see it clearly.

I'd prefer a laptop... :P

Though I guess an ipod video player... thing... wouldn't be much different from youtube videos.

the conversion of youtube videos suck. i think the way apple converts there videos is much better than youtubes.

I dont really know anything though, so whatever.

Plus a laptop is bigger, and harder to carry around, and has less battery life.

I can't afford a laptop, and you can't pick your gifts. I'm insanely happy with my ipod and I'll probably get a laptop around Christmas, maybe I'll wait til my birthday next year so I can ask for a really good one, like a Mac book or Alienware.
