Please help, see it as helping a turtle who has gone upside down and can't get back up...you would help the turtle wouldn't you? i am not to sure how to make one but yeah parkour is really great you should give it a try. A word of caution: Learn the basics first if you dont know the basics and go for the big stuff your gonna get hurt.

yeah it doesn't look like something you just "jump into", or you will find that your shin bones have exited your body via you kneecaps.... (ouch!)

I live in Half Moon Bay as you can see which is only a twenty minute bus ride to SF.

there is loads of places to do it in Manchester i saw some people doing free running the other day, i was going to join them but was too busy lol. Do the police allow you to do it? they are strict about things like that in uk (eg skatebording)

in SF they are pretty cool about it unless its near a mall or someplac because then they think you are damaging public property or something. But if they chase we use our parkour skills to get away. LOL.
