Turn your speakers up ha,ha,ho ho i even amuse even myself sheer comedy i am, anyways what program are you trying to import your sound too. Is it adobe premiere, windows movie maker, director or flash if it's windows movie maker make sure you have checked the sound timline correctly and it's working properly or like he said get codecs i could probably answer you better if i knew what kinda program this problem is ocurring on. You could always type dxdiag.exe in the run box to make sure your multimedia enviroments working properly which includes sound it should do a couple of tests. :detective

I got some nice codecs when i downloaded divx player (www.divx.com) it came with it so try that or you can try microsofts (http://www.microsoft.com) website and find some there or google (http://www.google.com) it.
