it says no body has no posts

Most likely a common error with VBulletin. Perhaps its not so bad with a 0 post count maybe we won't have people competing for most posts or bragging about it.

It's probably because it's turned off? I think John was saying that he was going to do that......

Anyway, the answer is yes, it's supposed to be like that. Some people would post contentless posts solely to increase their post count, trying to gain status power over others. You shouldn't be known for your post count, you should be know for it's content.
